How many days is the delivery time for an order?
We can ship samples in 3-7 days, and 50-200pcs usually in 20-30 days. Customized products need to be shipped according to specific circumstances.
Can I order my own style and size?
Yes, we support customization. You can send us the specific drawings and dimensions, and we will give you a specific quotation.
Can I get a sample?
Yes, we can provide samples for products that are in stock. If the product is not in stock, you may be charged 2 times the fee.
What channels can you ship through?
Generally, it can be shipped by sea or express. If you order a small amount, you can choose air shipping. It can also be shipped to your supplier or freight forwarder.
How much is shipping?
We support global shipping, and the specific shipping cost depends on your order size and shipping address. Can find channels and quotes for you.
Will I receive tracking information for my order?
Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be automatically sent to you and our delivery couriers will keep you updated on the progress of your order.
About product questions
What materials are your products made of?
Concrete is made by mixing special high-density cement with sand and gravel.
Is your wash basin cracked?
We are made of high-density cement. After long-term testing, the probability of cracking is one percent, which meets international standards. You are welcome to try different testing experiments.
Can it be used at low temperatures?
We have tested it at low temperatures (minus 20°) for up to 30 days to ensure that it can be used normally at low temperatures.
What is the packaging of your wash basin? Is it safe in transit?
We use foam and carton packaging, and can also provide additional wooden frame packaging. Standard carton packaging can pass the 1m high drop test and the product will not be damaged.
It's dirty, how do I need to clean it?
Alcohol or industrial alcohol can be used for cleaning. Do not use overly acidic or overly alkaline cleaners. Do not use steel wool. It is recommended to use scouring pad or sponge or cloth to wipe gently.
Do wash basins come with drain fittings and faucets as standard?
Hello, a single wash basin is generally equipped with a drain fitting by default. But it does not come standard with a faucet.
What if my basin arrives damaged?
Our pots are carefully packed to ensure they are fully protected during shipping, but in rare cases, damage may occur. So inspection must be done within 12 hours after delivery, if you have any questions, please provide photos and instructions to CEMSINK after-sales team immediately. If your concrete basin is damaged, we will recommend the best solution.
Do you offer brackets for wall-mounted basins?
All wall-mounted basins are equipped with metal support brackets by default. If you need to customize other styles of brackets, we support customization, and you can tell us your requirements.
Are there installation instructions for each wash basin?
It will be matched. If you need a PDF electronic file, please contact us and we can send it to you.
